How to access Keolabs support resources ?

There are two support resources that can be accessed from https://support.keolabs.com.

The information below will help you understanding the different sections of the portal and how to log on each one of them.


  • The Download Center:
    • To download software products, manage licences and notification subscriptions
    • An account may be created by clicking on the link and interface login is accessed from the upper right corner menu (red)
    • An account may be created by the sales in order to create product licences and issue the delivery note to the purchase manager. Other people working with the tool may create their own account implicitly during online product activation or by using the account create link.
  • The Help Desk :
    • To manage support tickets that are created when writing to support@keolabs.com
    • A different account from download center is to be setup. Account is created implicitly when writing a first email to support. However, account notification for email verification and password setup is not sent automatically. You may ask to receive it to the support agent if you want to manage ticketing from the online platform.
    • Help desk can be accessed from the related menu (blue)
    • In order to optimize support tickets processing, it is advised to use a new email topic for a new problem, ad to separate demands about different products.

The sign up menu may be used to create an account explicitly.
